Bottle. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate balanced floral hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish of medium duration. Good brew.

Sample at beerfest. Nice beer, good hops, clean and refreshing. Very sessionable.

Flavor is rather light for an IPA, with Piney Hops, Honey and Malty notes with a rather dry resin aftertaste. It’s a good IPA to introduce those new to the style and it’s a decent yard beer, but those looking for flavor will be disappointed by this.

Slightly hazy copper coloured body with a ridiculously large, ten centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, soapy hop pellets, some alcohol and a bit of light apples - not much exciting here. Light to Medium-bodied; Soapy hop flavour with some pellet and nothing full flower about this, with some grassy bite and a bit of a malt kick at the end. Aftertaste shows some alcohol and a hint of grapes and apples, not much hops at all to speak of. Overall, a pretty weak beer, which is too bad, since I had good luck with IPAs from Wisconsin - but not this one. Easily passable, especially if you live away from Wisconsin and only have so many choices to bring back with you. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Three Cellars in Franklin, Wisconsin on 05-September-2012 for US$1.99 sampled at home in Washington on 08-January-2013.

Bottle: Clear gold color with a white head. Egg fart aroma with mild hops. Weak hop presence in the flavor but still like they are trying to please the masses instead of just going all out. Thin, watery aftertaste.

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2013 Tasted from a bottle. It taste a bit flat for all of the head that poored. I like the bit of bitterness it offers. A clear, golden to amber color beer.
Would drink again.

Strong hop aroma that pours well with a good head. Heavy resin, hop taste, very good head. Light palate Good.

Tap in taste room. Orange pour. Citrus hop scent. Tastes of slight bitter citrus hops. Nice IPA.

Grapefruit hops outmatched by excessive carbonation. Sourish malt aftertaste. Like other Big Bay offerings I’ve tried, this is made weak in body and flavor in the interest of "drinkability."
