Straw golden light with cereal fruitiness, light and slightly cloved spicy, yeasty with banana and quiet herbs, a little watery.

My Bottom Line:
Delicate citrusy, herbal hops precede a surprisingly lascive cereal return. A well-crafted lager for the brewpub’s "American Light" replacement? Kudos to them!

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A clinging veil of foam covers the commercial golden clarity.
-Body is well-malted, though somewhat not helped by the fizzy carbonation.
-The spicy hops develop an intricate nose.
-This has to have improved since the first raters tried it.

On tap at the brewpub.

Sampler. Pours clear, yellow, thin fizzy white head. Aroma of your standard American Light Lager. Aroma of malt, hints of corn. Flavor is all malt. A bit of sweetness in the finish.

BeerHawk (1810) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - MAY 12, 2013
Draft. Backlog from Oct 2012. Pale in the glass with a white head that left a thin layer lasting. Subdue grainy aroma. The flavor found grain, toasted malt, and light citrus. Light body, with a toasted malt aftertaste.

Draft at brewer. My first thought was drink this for the tick, but it really is decent. Clear yellow with a thin white head. Scent is malts and just a hint of corn. Sweet malt and bready taste. Thin

Pours a clear pale golden with a one finger mostly lasting white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma of light sweet malt. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium thin mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness. Good.

A little doughy, mildly sweet, mild lemony flavors, went a bit vacant at times. Medium body. Medium bittering and a clear light sweetness. Gnereic light lager aoma. Decent for a brewpub light.

Draft sample. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with fair lacing. Medium balancecd aroma. Light to medium body with a thin smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium balanced sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of short to moderate duration. Soft beer.
