Pour on tap at the brewery, dark red pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, some smoked malt, biscuit and bread, hints of earth, but fairly unremarkable. Taste is watery, but smoke, some biscuit, bread, earth, caramel, finishing fairly bitter.

Clear dark nutty brown with a thin white head. Peaty malty aroma with a faint herbal tone and burnt caramel sweetness. Flavor was a little too light, but still full of slightly smoked peat and dark earthy sweetness, with just a hint of herbal bitterness.
