COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Kölsch is a refreshingly pale German style Ale. It is cold fermented and cold conditioned to achieve a beautiful balance between biscuit malt flavors and floral hop notes. It is light bodied and finishes somewhat dry to enhance it's easy drinking nature. Please enjoy our interpretation of this beer of Zümmer! Editor's Note: Renamed Angry Angel Kolsch by the brewer.

Tap. Pours light golden with nice white head. This was a very smooth refreshing beer that was not offensive in anyway. Quite enjoyable I would say.

Taste 3/9 bottle. Looks: Hazy mellow gold with a thin white top. Aroma: Very mild aroma of yeast, grain and some light citrus. Taste: Spicy and fruity (lemon and citrus) flavors with a refreshing effervescence. Nice bite and tartness in the finish.

Bottle from OldGrowth. Thanks. Poured a clear light orange color. The head was white and reduced over a minute or two to a thin film. Smelled mostly of cereal grain and caramel. There was also a whiff of grass. Light to medium bodied and delicately sweet. Tasted of corn and grass mostly with hints of white bread and paper. It is what it is.

Bottle shared by Butters @ the Barrios tasting. Poured golden with a white head that settled to a ring but left light lace. Aromas of corn and citrus hops. The flavor was initially full of caramel but as this cleared more of a grain, bread, and citrus flavor came out. Light body, lemon after taste, bitter to tart ending.
