12oz bottle-pours hazy yellow with a white ring. Aroma is light malt, sour. Taste is lacto, light malt, sour then something I was confused by. I saw Butters mention Thai curry, I will go along with that. I read the label twice looking for ‘with Jalepenos’ or something similar without any luck.

Very white in appearance with a moderate head. Hints of sweetness without being overpowering. Good clean finish.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Cybercat (1900) - Georgia, USA - FEB 8, 2012
Aroma has strong yeasty and grassy notes with a hint of fruit, a mixture of pear and apple. It pours a slightly hazy solar yellow with a thick, if effervescent, white head. Crisp, yeasty flavor has firm fruity and grassy notes and just a hint of butterscotch. Body is a little above average, and texture is smooth with some fizz. Overall, not great, but worthy of a try - and maybe even a revisit.

Bottle from bruisin ales. Pours orange with a slight white head that doesn’t last long. Weird aroma. I can’t quite place it. Definitely not getting much orange. Maybe too much coriander that was bought off the back of van. Slight fruitiness on the tongue. Not much carbonation. Watery finish.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 BeerHeadBobby (147) - Apex, North Carolina, USA - DEC 5, 2011
Bottled - This bottle pours a hazy, golden color with a very minimal head. This beer has virtually no aroma, which is strange to me.. It does have a slight caramel and spicy smell. The taste is pretty bland also.. This beer is a pretty basic wheat beer but NOTHING to rave about.. It would be a nice session beer because its pretty easy to drink and not heavy on the stomach but thats pretty much what id drink it for.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 Butters (3013) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - SEP 29, 2011
Clear bright golden pour with bright white head that fades a bit too quickly. The coriander definitely stands out on this one. Clean and crisp and quite refreshing actually. Also has some lemon grass and ’thai curry’ flavor that I don’t quite know how to describe. Pretty good stuff.

Full flavored Americanized wit bier. Pours hazy straw yellow as expected, with a small fizzy head. Aromas of orange, lemon, and cherry. Lightly sweet with rock candy, wheat and orange notes. Coriander is present, but dialed down. Nice dry prickly finish from the sprightly carbonation.

A: The beer pours a pale golden color with a light haze and a finger of white head with poor retention.
S: Absolutely smells like hot dogs. It’s more than likely attributed to the overuse of coriander (of which there is obviously plenty). A light bread and wheat aroma as well as a touch of orange and lemon peels.
T: It tastes like hot dogs too. Lots and lots of coriander along with some sweet malts and somewhat mild actual bread and wheat flavors. The same citrus peel notes with a mild yeastiness.
M: Medium bodied with fairly low carbonation.
O: When it smells and tastes like hot dogs, there’s only so high the score can go.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 zizzybalubba (970) - Elizabeth City, North Carolina, USA - AUG 31, 2011
12 oz. bottle from SoHo Organic Market in Elizabeth City, NC. Hazy, straw colored pour with a thick soap-like white head. Aroma of light funkiness with a touch of citrus. The flavor is decent although, to me, it comes off more like a pilsener with wheat flavor than a Belgian Wit. The spices are muted and only barely detected. Overall it’s plenty drinkable but just ok.
