Jan 6, 2007 <i>Draught at the brewpub</i><br />Hazy amber color. Both the aroma and the flavor show some sugar, and of course some caramel taste; the mouthfeel is quite dry, because of the medium-high bitterness. Simple.

Aug 17, 2006 5 oz draught sample at the Gaylord, MI location, July 2006. Pale amber with a small retained head, quite clear....biscuity nose with lots of diacetyl, a bit of dry woody something shows up for some interest after awhile....buttery/creamy body, moderately sweet, rather syrupy with too-low carbonation...thick and rather messy; no more please.
