COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Scottish Ale has more of a smooth, malty flavor than our Antler Ale. The use of roasted barley gives the beer a slight robust flavor to accentuate its extremely smooth taste.

Sampled draught at Big Buck, Grapevine, Texas.
Nut brown. Sweey and roasty. Thin for a Scotch ale, near watery. Roasty finish with very low bitterness. Scottish 10/-?

I typically expect mroe ABV from Scotches. Amber color, very bubbly though the taste was still rather smooth. It had an excellent malt flavor with a slightly thick finish. Very nice, but not overly indicative of the style.
