Sample at the Gaylord location: Dark and murky brownish amber color with a thin beige head and spotty lacing. Definite rye in the aroma with an underlying honey sweetness. Medium body with dark malt, brown sugar and rye flavors. The finish is hoppy with a good rye aftertaste. Enjoyable beer.

Draught at the brewpub
Clean light amber color. The flavor has some sweetness, maybe the honey, but unfortunately there is a trace of infection or wrong maturation, disturbing.

On tap at Grapevine Tx location. Another attempt at a Honey infused beer by the brewmaster. This was a good effort and a quaffable brew, just don't expect anything unique. Straw hue with no head. Thin to medium-bodied. Aroma of rye grain (duh), sweet malts, and fruity hops. Sweet initial taste, good final bitter balance. Dry and fizzy, slight metallic finish.
