COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This pale ale is light bodied, moderately hopped with a crisp cascade hop aroma. A special blend of Vienna, Pilsner, and 2-row malt give this beer a well-rounded character. 33 IBU.

On tap at the brewpub. Copper color ok head and decent lacing. Ok balance of the citrus hops smell and the malts. Taste is decent light bitternes, hops, and malts.

Pale orange color with some red highlights. Decent head. Nose is fruity and sweet with lots of fresh cascade hops (I actually thought they were cluster hops because of the almost fruity pebbles like aroma that is the sunset wheat standard). Taste is sweet and smooth with a nice drinkability. Decent bitter finish with a pretty nice mouthfeel.

On tap at the brewery. Listeed as an APA with 5.5% alcohol and 38 IBUs for this batch. Clear orange color with a small, white head. Very nice floral hoppy aroma with a nicie and sweet APA taste. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel. One of their better offerings.

Light color for a pale ale, with little head. Fruity aroma. Decently hoppy flavor, seemingly both dry and sticky at the same time, with unpleasant notes in the finish. (on tap, Grapevine, TX location)
