3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 popephred (244) - Plainfield, Illinois, USA - JUL 7, 2007
Poured from tap at Grapevine, TX. This pour produced a golden brown (with slight redness) body with a sizable head that lasted longer than other beers sampled at Big Buck. The aroma was a nice balance of grain and hops. This was medium to heavy-bodied drink which was bittersweet and left a slight hoppy aftertaste. This was a visually pleasing beer and was drinkable as well.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Walt (2448) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUN 18, 2006
Pour is reddish copper with a thin tan head...smell is slightly piney and citric...taste is floral and slightly bitter...this is the draft rating...they also had a cask in Grapevine, but the cask had turned aweful...it had to be a month old or more. I could barely even take one sip because the vinegar was so overpowering...
