Sourness was still there so it taste a bit weird for a porter. According to JT who brew I had and old batch and they are still doing a lot of changes to the recipe.

Had a lot of beers with chocolate, but not so many with the cacao fruit itself. This one’s a strange one. Not sure if it’s the bitter/sourness of raw cacao or that the beer is contaminated - probably a little of both. Pours a murky brown, no head but fizzy carbonation. Needs a little work. On tap at Kaya’s in Puerto Viejo.
