Tap. Pours clear caramel with average, creamy off-white head; decent retention and lacing. Aroma is cookie, caramel and bread malts, dates, floral hops, and herbs. Flavor is sweet malts forward with grassy notes, sweet dark fruit, and some floral hops; dry finish with some herb notes. Medium body and low carbonation.
