A hearty blend of two row barley, UK Crystal, and roast barley give this beer a pleasant malty feel that is sweet on the palate. The hints of nut and chocolate, complimented by the English hops, makes this beer a smooth and balanced treat. Great for the whole family.

OMG....maybe the best brown i have ever had, besides buffalo brown by shooting creek brewery in floyd, va. Very creamy, and mild caramel malt taste. A great beer to have after a hoppier brew. Rock on Big daddy!

Draft @ Awful Arthur’s. Pours dark amber with a decent off-white head. Very little on the nose, just a hint of malts. Flavor is very sweet with notes of caramel and nuts. A hint of hops towards the finish. Too sweet for my liking.

On draft at Angry Arthurs. Pours brown from tap. Not much on the nose and no nuttiness on the tongue. Another bland inoffensive beer here.

Great for the whole family? Even the kids? Sampled at the brewpub. Pours a hazy brownish red with a small head and decent retention and lacing. Taste begins with an assertive hoppiness and caramel and nuts in the finish. Thin bodied.
