Sampler at Big Dogs Brewing, Las Vegas. Pours copper, white head. Dark fruits, yeasty, malty, light caramel notes, dark fruits really seem to come alive in the finish as well as faint brown sugar presence.

Sampled at the 2009 AZ Strong Beer Fest on February 28th. Hazy brown color pour with a foamy head. Aroma and flavor consist of ripe fruit, yeast, raisins and a bit of alcohol. Decent brew.

Cloudy brown with a thin off white head and lace. Brown sugar, maltiness, belgian yeast, and abv on the nose. Brown sugar, light clove, pepper, and abv on the flavor. Soft creamy carbonation. Abv really comes through as it warms and it became a bit more complex as it warmed as well.

Cloudy golden brown pour with a white head. The aroma was strong with alcohol and malts. Tasted sharp with a nice fruit and yeast flavor. Had some hints of raisen as well as spices. Served in a tulip glass.

This has a pretty floral aroma, a little surprising floral characters in the taste as well. Sweet, perhaps too much, but bith nice spices that taste great.
