If you like your beer very strong and very hoppy, then this brew is for you! I.P.A.ís were originally brewed in London and shipped to British troops stationed in India.

On tap at the Yard House - dark orange with a good head and nice lacing down the sides of the glass. Strong citrus/cat piss aroma and a sweet floral taste. Medium body and medium finish. Not too dry.

Itís good. Itís solid. But ultimately not any different than any other good, solid IPA. More pine oriented than citrus or resin. Some malt backbone but not much. Not a beer to seek out, but if itís available Iíll happily order it.

This 7.9% version pours up at AZ Strong Ale Fest 2014 with a clear copper body that has gold hues and supports a nice firm tight off white head. The aroma offers up spicy hops and oniony dank hops sweetened nicely by a smooth smelling maltiness. The taste presents a nice even mix of dank onion like hoppy goodness as well as grapefruit, tangelo and clementine citrusy hoppiness. These hops mingle with a happy degree of hop flavor and bitterness all riding along a thin river of sweet malts. This is smooth tasty rich refreshing and pleasingly sessionable.

Bottle at House of Blues, Mandalay Bay. Big pine nose with citrus notes. Bitter throughout with grapefruit and some spice. Medium body with good carbonation. Decent overall.

Mediocre IPA. Flavors kind of fall flat, but it would be a decent beer to have with a generic meal.

Tap at Todd English P.U.B Vegas - golden colour with slim white head. Floral hop aroma with some breadt malts. Flavours are floral hops, pine , sweet malts and caramel, but not enough of them. OK but not of the finest.

Draft in Vegas. Hoppy nose of pine, citrus, little bread-yness. Mouthful is more pine, some stickiness, and a little lingering finish. Nice local surprise for my day.

From a bottle,The pour is a a dark orange with a white minimum head.A light to medium hop taste with a slight citrus taste.I am shocked that its a decent IPA and would drink again.I liked it more than Wardog which I had on tap when I was at the Brewery pub.

Draft at Pub 1842 in Vegas. Amber bodied with a tall white head. Aroma is citrus fruit and strong pine with caramel notes. Taste is strong pine, citrus, floral hops, sweet malt and caramel notes. Body is medium with a creamy carbonation and mild stickiness. Lots of lingering hop bitterness. Ends with more up front hops. Lots of pine, floral hops, citrus oils, caramel and malt. Nice!

Big bottle, House of Blues, Las Vegas, 30/10/13 whilst the missus cat-napped. Coppery orange with a good tall weizen foam. Resiny aroma with forest floor aspects; peach iced tea, soap and juniper. Flavour is peppery with alcohol; brittle, simplistic and wood-like with fading peach and a hint of nut husk. The alcohol becomes abrasive with too little hop flavour to carry it. Couldnít/didnít finish.
