Lubiere (9788) - Ottawa, Ontario, - JUN 7, 2013
A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light off notes, pungent if a bit off. In mouth, a smooth fruity saison with light spiced notes, orange pulp, not bad.

DuffMan (6540) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 9, 2013
On tap at the brewpub, Vegas. Hazy pale yellow, thickly lacing head. Aroma is sweet and yeasty. The palate delivers sticky fruit sweetness, peach and pineapple, quite estery. This drinks more like a tripel than a saison, but it is a nice brew nonetheless.

Yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma of sweet malt, hay, and earthy. Sweet malt start with earthiness and a very dry finish. Medium body with good carbonation.

Apeearance was cloudy orangish gold with creamy off white diminishing 1 finger head, rings of lacing. Aromas are fruity yeasts of bananas, spices and hints of grain and bread, no alcohol present. Taste are soft fruits of orange, mango, pineapple and banana with spice of coriander and peel, alcohol not there. Palate is soft smooth creamy CO2 with Medium body, then average length fruity yeasty finish. Love this fruity beast, thx Grant.

Sparky (2133) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - FEB 20, 2010
On tap at the 2010 AZ Strong Beer Festival. Pours cloudy gold with a stark white head. The nose is spicy yeast, light fruit and malt. The taste is spice, banana esters and yeast. Lighter mouthfeel. Decent beer.

BMan1113VR (7834) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JAN 10, 2010
On tap. Pours with a huge, fluffy white head that stays over the clearish golden body. and leaves very good lace. Aroma of straw, bitterness, belgian yeast, light banana esters and a hint of apricot. Taste is a bit off. Tangerine, bitter, candied citrus notes. Dry, but not nearly dry enough for a saison. Too sweet.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2013 Had again and this version, while super fruity, is less banana, which is awesome. loved it this time. Some banana in the aroma. Flavor is light with quite a bit of banana in this for a saison. Definitely smooth stuff. Good not great.
