COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with Belgian pilsner malt and a touch of wheat this is a unique rustic ale made with coriander, along with black, white, red, and green peppercorns for a mild spicy character.

A cloudy yellow, with a lot of spice from the first sip. I really really liked thgis. The flavor is light in how it affects the stomach, but not anywhere else. Some slight fruitiness (maybe grapefruit), but tons of spice. Could easily get drunk on this (and wouldn’t be surprised after two of these). This is like a spicier Leffe Blonde. If I had my way this would be a repeat beer for sure!

Sample on Day 1 of the Aces & Ales Strong Beer Festival on 08/12/2011. The beer is a hazy yellow color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of spices, citrus and yeast. Medium body with a sweetly spiced character with notes of cloves and coriander. Sweet malt base as well, plus some citrus. The finish is fruity at first and leaves a spicy yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
