On tap at the brewpub, Vegas. I guess this beer is the standing tribute to the original brewery Holy Cow, that became Big Dogs of today. Medium golden body, thin white head. Aroma is very muted, piney, but just really low. Pale biscuit malts, light piney hops, moderately bitter finish. Nothing wrong with this, it just seemed really reserved.

Wittales (440) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAY 7, 2013
Appearance was hazy orangish gold with huge creamy whitish 3 finger head, spotty lacing. Aromas are sweet toffee, caramel, pale malts. Hops are grapefruit, orange, lemon and tings of alcohol. Taste are hoppy forward with grapefruit, lemon, slight pine. Malts are light sweetness with pale, crystal, hints of candi. Palate was soft smooth CO2 with light-meduim body, lasting hoppy slightly slick feel with good balance. A good local pale, taste better fresh than in the bottle.

On tap at Cafe and Casino LV. Clear golden color with a fast disappearing head. Little aroma of hops and spice. Very great taste of malt and a good blend of hops. Also a good fresh aftertaste.

On tap at the brewpub. Malty sweet nose. Palate is grainy but with some hippiness. This is so so.

On tap at the Draft House. Served a golden color with a good head and nice lacing. Aroma of citrus with fresh grain. Taste is slightly sweet, with some malt and fresh grain. Nice bitterness and a dry finish. Medium body, smooth and well balanced. Easy drinker, good for a few. Nothing fancy here just a beer with a little character. Worth checking out if you’re ever in Las Vegas.

Clear and golden with a creamy-white head and intricate lace. Nice palate -- creamy and smooth. Light caramel sweetness in the malts. Flowery hops with a decent bitterness level. Pretty good balance

Draft at the brewpub. Clear golden/light amber pour, with a small white head. Piney hops, light grapefruit, bitter, and sweetness. A solid pale ale.
