Tasted on tap at the Bistro Double IPA Festival on 2/7/2009. This Imperial IPA pours a light gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is herbal and citrus. A medium bodied Imperial IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal and citrusy. Medium bitterness. It does have that wet/harvest hop herbal taste as well. Nice carbonation. Mouthfeel
Is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
