Sampled at the AZ Strong Beer Fest. Guinness pour with a cloud of tiny bubbles tightening to create a creamy beige foam top. Aroma and flavor are fairly subtle with some cocoa, coffee, vanilla, and brown sugar present. Unfortunately, this one looks much better than it tastes.

Nitro pour. Was told by the server that this was their "Imperial Stout". I see no mention of it on their website, yet. Nitro pour and seemed way to big to be the black dog stout (but feel free to move the rating if you see fit). Pours with a black body and a resilient brown head. Aroma of chocolate, cocoa powder, some alcohol, vanilla, and possibly smoke (but hard to tell in the cigarette fume filled room). Taste is roast, alcohol, chocolate, vanilla, and very bitter (nearly astringently so). Nitro creamy mouthfeel with low carbonation.
