Cloudy yellow-orange with a yeasty film and yeasty aroma. Orange peel tastes, lightly bittered and tart ... overly sweet for the style.

Cloudy yellow with some spice and citrus hoppiness. Low aroma for a wheat beer makes up for it in spicy wheat and yeast flavor. Finish is floral with some clove. No banana odors present.

Sampler at Big Dog’s Brewery. Slight bubble and citrus, but too watery for this style of beer.

On tap at the brewery. I wanted to like this one but living in Germany has probably made me a tougher critic of this style. I didn’t get hardly any banana or clove taste and the citrus level was too high for a good hefe. Not a good sample of this style. Also had a lack of a creamy yet refreshing mouthfeel that I believe a hefe should have.

On tap. Muddy orange-yellow pour with a white head and some lace. Aroma of banana esters, clove phenols, sawdust, peanut shells, styrofoam, and grass. Taste is . . . eww, not good (rarely ever say that). Orange, cloying, tangy, vanilla, caramel. Cloying and buttery mess. Fizzy...really fizzy.

pours hazy to cloudy straw yellow with a white drippy head.
aroma and flavors of banana, dusty wheat, cloves/spiciness, lemon and flowers. the flavor finishes dry and slightly tart while banana lingers in the aftertaste.
it is medium to full bodied with some richness and substance. the mouth feel is creamy and muddy while balanced with acidity. well put together and one of the best beers i’ve had in LV. 7/4/7/4/16/3.8

Aroma is yeasty, some apple fruit notes.
Taste, orange peel, yeast, sweet, with some banana and clove.
Tasty stuff.

Sample at brew pub. Clove and banana aromas light up the nose buds. Cloudy yellow body with white head. Good dose of banana flavor with a touch of bitter in the mix. Good Hefe

Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head. Smells of citrus, wheat, some caramel. Tastes phenolic and nice with a full bodied spicy finish.

tasting at lake las vegas..not to bad..really a nice wheat..nice golden yellow color..solid wheat flavour
