3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. Deep ruddy brown with garnet at the edges. The light tan head stays for a while. The aroma has sweet walnuts and toffee. There is also a little bit of iced tea. The taste has some rich iced tea and a little bit leather. The finish is dirt with some ashtray. I enjoyed this until the finish. Obvioulsy a big beer, this hides the alcohol well.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Interesting. Poured with a big, fluffy, frothy, foamy tan head. Some lace. Clear, dark, reddish brown color. Malty nose. Very soft mouth. On the sweet side with some chocolate, and yes, cola. Not bad. Tad too sweet. but, not bad. Pick up a hint of booze on the finish.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Not too bad, tasted a bit like a stout but seemed to get weaker the more I drank. It did look like a Coca Cola, too, as someone mentioned below. Not really recommended unless the store doesnít have any other decent ales.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle. Iíve never seen this at any local store so was surprised to see a single at US Wine and Spirits today. Aroma more along the lines of a stout than a BSA. Lightly toasted dark malt, some bitter chocolate and a hint of smoke. Dark brown pour with deep amber highlights. Fairly bland on the tongue. A hint of diacetyl, toasted chocolate malt and thatís about it. Medium bodied with a kinda nasty buttery finish.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear deep brown with pretty much no head or lacing.. Barely a head forms. Smells a little of roasted malt and a hint of chocolate. Taste is the same as the smell, if the flavors werent so faint it would be much better. Light in the mouth with minor carbonation, a little watery. The fact that this is 7.5 ABV blows my mind, very light drinking.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
a nice dark beer with a toasty feel to it, hint of chocolate in the back end, could have been a bit more solid and not as watery but overall not a bad find for a one-time try.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark in color, with little or no head. Toasted malty nose, with hints of dried fruit. Little chocolate up front with hints of fruit and a hint of carmalized sugar. Finish was a little water.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled. Poured a clear, deeper reddish-brown with a very short-lived head. Nose was of some sweet, dark fruity malts, grains, and other spiked dark malts. Alcohol was certainly prevalent in the flavor, with muddled dark fruit, chocolate, raisins, and toffee backing it up. Grainy and flat on the palate, with a lighter body. Not too good.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Not a lot going on here. I looks like a Coca Cola with a slender white head. The aroma has dark, sweet malts and a hint of chocolate. The chocolate seems like itís transformed into coffee in the taste, the dark malts and alcohol each playing a supporting role. Watery.
