Commercial Description:
Brewed by Wellington County for the Ontario market.
Headstrong Pale Ale, inspired by the legacy of authentic British pale ales, is crafted with imported British grains, a special strain of British yeast, and hopped with prime Kent hops for a floral hop aroma, rich texture, and well balanced malt finish.

Bottle - 650ml. Nice amber body topped with a thick off-white foamy head. Good hoppy nose with roasty and spicy hints. Taste may lack some strenght and complexity, but it ends with a lovely long bitter finish. Less than one week after moving to the Ottawa area, this is my first step into Ontario’s micro-brewing world and it just makes me looking forward for more!

Bottle (650ml). Poured murky orange-amber with a big, foamy, creamy, off-white, long-lasting head. Aroma of fresh hops, lots of citrus (more orange than grapefruit), good balance, very appealing. Taste is fairly mild, decent blend of juicy hops and sweet-citrus malt, but a bit of a metallic tang there - starts nominally sweet, finishes slightly bitter. Average mouthfeel, could be a bit more carbonated. Eminently drinkable beer, a bomber goes down quick and easy.

Bottle. Very hoppy aroma, but not too overpowering. Average size white head with good lacing. Amber colour. Flavour is moderately bitter with a bit of sweetness in the finish. Medium body with little carbonation.

Bien.
