decaturstevo (1398), decatur, Tennessee, USA Jan 7, 2009 Golden pour with white head and lace. Light toasted malt aroma. Light dryish sour flavor a hint of spice. Pretty nice complkex in a way but not an over the top brew. DuffMan (2194), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Dec 13, 2008 Hazy orange-tinged golden with a mediocre white head. Initially aroma is of pineapple and ammonia cat piss. As it warms and the head recedes the aroma becomes very sweet and spicy with guava fruit and peaches. Sweet fruity-perfume palate with subtle spice. There is a bit of harshness in the finish that is not truly bitter and may be the first hint that this beer is going off I am not sure which. Just okay for me. bconley (111), Fern Park, Florida, USA Nov 20, 2008 12 oz. Thanks bitbucket. Nice golden haze, with a white head. Very carbonated. The chamomile is obviously there. Nice and citrusy. Light body. Like to have it again. heemer77 (3955), Savannah, Missouri, USA Oct 1, 2008 Bright hazy gold body witha large white head. The aroma is light orange peels and the chamomile. There is also some apple. The taste is definite chamomile with some dried apple chip notes. There is also some herbal character to go with a little bit of citrus. An interesting brew. Aubrey (2643), Denver, Colorado, USA Aug 29, 2008 Hazy gold. Malts were cakey and drying. Sharp texture. Spicy hops (plants, flower petals). Had an off-putting starkness with tannins and bitter grains. Very peppery. Very little sweetness to cleave off its sharpness. Thus, its bitter aftertaste lingered into the dry finish. Seemed unbalanced.
