Nice lacing, golden color, clean as expected, hops are just a little more on the spicy side.

Poured a Copper color woth minimal head. The aroma was lacking much character, there were some hoppy notes. The hops were a little noticeable, but not as flowery as an APA should be. Overall, it’s not bad, but not great either.

Light copper color with a small off-white head. Aromas of dusty grain, caramel and some citric hops. Thin malty flavors, with grain, toasted wheat bread and a background of pithy grapefruit. Middle continues with the nearly woody grapefruit. Dry and uneventful in the linger. Lacks depth.

On draft once a week for me - liters are $3 during trivia night. It has more going for it than anything else I’ve had from Big Horn, which isn’t saying a whole lot. It’s a cloudy, light honey-amber, with a decent balance of hops and light malts. Slightly dilute, with zero complexity... but hey, at $3 / liter, I won’t ask for more.

$3 for 32oz trivia-night special. My standard for Ram, not a bad beer but not very ambitious either. Menthol and fresh... touch yeasty. sweet/bitter is decently balanced.

Draft at the Tacoma Waterfront location. Pours cloudy, lightly burnished medium copper. Very light gray lace. No head, some slow-moving carb. Virtually vacant nose, maybe a little sweet caramel there. Medium body. Biscuit, caramel. and some dry brown leaves on the mid-palate. Earthy leafy notes at the finish.

Medium brown, clear, white thin head that clings and coats the glass. Light rye, caramel aroma. Ceral, light toast, alt-like flavor. Medium bittering, combination of hops and darker malts. medium body, silky mouth, good finish. Some complexity. Good.

Stately orange-amber with solid 1/2" firm head. Mildly hoppy aroma with a decent hop flavor. This a delectable, easy drinking, well put together APA that reminds me somewhat of McMenamin’s Hammeread APA.

Draft at the Rosemont location. Hazed amber orange color with a beige tiny bubbled head that laces in sheets. The aroma is light and only really becomes noticeable when it approaches fridge temp. Caramels, citrus, red apples and a little hop spice. Foremost caramel and toffee malt flavors that fade into a touch of bubblegum. Grassy slightly spicy hops surface on my tongue and linger long after the beer is gone. Fresh and a pretty decent pale ale.
