3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pale yellow in color. Wonderful apple pie spice; nutmeg, clove, light pear...all of those flavors carry out in the taste as well. Pretty delicious.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampler at Schaumburg. Hazy yellow-white. A pretty decent Wit. Leaning into the coriander and orange peel a little, but still a true example. Easy drinking, maybe a touch of oats. OK, could go lighter with the spices.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pour on tap at the brewpub, hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of slight white fruit, hints of biscuit, bread, slight coriander, touch of grassy notes, pretty standard wit. Taste is a mix of white fruit, grass, biscuit, slight yeasty, spicy notes, finishing sweet.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On Tap at The Ram Brewery in Chicago by the Woodfield Mall. A seasonal brew so its not in their $6.00 Sampler. Bartender said it would be a Belgian white ale. To my surprise it wasn’t just another Blue Moon or Shock Top. This one is the first brew that I have had that was a Lemon that I actually liked. Variety not as Orange. Rich in froth, yellow and very unfiltered. Great Aroma and not too hoppy. Very surprised I liked it. Recommended if you think you like this style.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Ram, Tacoma. An unclear one, yellowish golden in color and topped by a rather small, white head. Pleasant aroma with sufficient amounts of coriander seeds and orange peel. Pale malts too. Some bitterness in the flavor, as well as pale malts, orange peel and coriander. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. A real thirst quencher, well suited for the hot summer days. 130629

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Draught at Ram Restaurant and Brewery, Northgate, Seattle
Cloudy yellow color. It smells of dirty water. Weak mouthfeel, with some stale water too, very low wheat flavor, light coriander (this at least is appreciated), low bitterness.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tap @ CB&Potts Foco. Pours a cloudy yellow appearance with a small white head. Lemon fruity, citrusy, somewhat yeasty, dull aroma. Somewhat watery, lemon citrusy, light malty, a touch spicy, otherwise boring and watery flavor.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light crisp and refreshing. Toned down a bit like a higher production "macro-micro" typically is. But quite nice.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Outstanding wit, not heavy, but moderate mouthfeel. Aroma is coriander and orange. Appearance is hazy yellow with nice lace and head dissipates to thick ring. Taste is orange corrander light lemon, good carbonation. Light crisp, wheat, refreshing.. Could drink this all day. Similar to upland wheat with less hops!
