Draft at Fobab 10. Pours a rich gold with a white head that persists. The nose is toasty Vienna type malts, moderate sweetness and complexity. The barrel lends some rich vanilla and spicy oak. Clean. On tasting, really nice and balanced maibock, leading with a sweet doughy note that cleans into a rich bready quality. The bourbon is noted, lending vanilla and spice. Really well done.
