COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is designed to attract the beginning micro beer drinker. The addition of Willamette and Cascade hops gives this ale a crisp, clean character that is not challenging to a novice. This beer is enjoyed by experienced micro drinkers because of its character.

On tap at the Wheeling, IL location. (AKA:Chicago Blond). Served a clear golden color with a decent head that fades to some lacing. Aroma os some caramel sweetness, citrus and fresh grain. Mild taste of citrus, with some caramel sweetness and grain. Mild bitterness and a dry finish. Light body, smooth and refreshing. Not bad for a Blonde Ale. Goes best with food.

Sold to me as Texas Blonde at Humperdink’s in Dallas, Tx. Yellow with a white head. Grassy aroma. Slightly metallic. Good lacing. Medium body. A bit gummy.

At the Rosemont location. The pale lager of the ale world. This was quite light and slightly watery. Good as an alternative to macro stuff. Serving; Tap

Tap. Orange and barley malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet orange/lemon and barley malt flavor. Lightly bitter herbal hops finish. A decent drinking beer.

draft... Humperdink’s Texas Blonde... this is indistinguishable from the Juan Moore, same look and aroma, does taste worse

A decent blonde. Very approachable nice nose and taste, a bit bland but a nice blend of malts and grains with a touch of hops. A good beer from time to time, but not something I would grab a growler of to go...
