It is designed to attract the beginning micro beer drinker. The addition of Willamette and Cascade hops gives this ale a crisp, clean character that is not challenging to a novice. This beer is enjoyed by experienced micro drinkers because of its character.

On tap at Ram brew pub. Clear golden yellow hued having barely discernable head with barely discernable lacing. No discernable aroma. No discernable carbonation. Light bodied that starts with soft sweet malt flavor with hints of lemony citrous flavor and finishes dry with light bitterness. An acceptable drinkable beer that goes well with baby back BBQ ribs.

On Tap at The Ram in Meridian: This pours a clear gold color with sweet aromas and vanilla tastes. The lacing is runny and the body is thin and slightly slimy. Itís not bad. I think it should be a little higher %, címon - itís a golden ale.

Yellow color with no head or aroma. The flavor has a little candy sugar quality, but other than that sweetness, itís all water.

Schaumburg. Translucent pale gold in color with a short creamy white overlay to serve as the head. Cinnamon sticks, lemon zest, potato chips and the flour dusting on potato bread come to mind for the aroma. Crisp lemon-pineapple flavor concoction. Fairly muted carbonation. Bittering sourdough crust. This is the prototypical brewpub blonde.

Pours a nice golden yellow. Aroma is cotton candy. Flavor starts sweet but finishes out with a nice sour hops tinge. Palate is thin. Overall, a good beer for a hot day.

On tap at the pub. Salem ,Oregon. Its a pretty average looking Blonde ale...Slightly hazy golden colour with a smallish pure white head. Again the aroma is average, subdued yet pleasant enough..mostly a floral scent with some rough sugar. Taste is pretty thin..its well carbonated..the usual malt and small hop profile of a Blonde. Again its ok on the palate..though thin even for the style. All in all an average beer..but its ok to have something bland now and again

On tap at RAM, Schaumburg,IL: Nicknamed, "Chicago Blonde". Clear golden yellow with a hint of adjunct in the nose (even if there isnít actually any in there) and a slight hint of hops. Amazing lacing for a below average beer, some malt sweetness and a hint of bitterness at the finish.
