chicagodri (668), Chicago, Illinois, USA Nov 25, 2007 Very thin, I thought this was their version of Bud Light. Not good at all. I didn’t think any of their beers had much of an aroma.
spikester (482), Salem, Oregon, USA Dec 28, 2008 From a growler fill at The Ram in Salem, Oregon.
Light amber color with a modest white head, good amount of lacings for the style.
Aroma is slight floral hops much better than a macro.
Taste is plenty of malt sweetness immediately smacked down by some real hop bitterness. Some real yeast flavors as well. Slightly dry finish. Tastes very Pilsner like but the malts and hops are bumped up a bit from that style. Overall an easy drinker with some decent character. When you are in the mood for a light bodied session beer give this a try. after4ever (2006), Brier, Washington, USA Oct 26, 2008 Draft at the Tacoma Waterfront location. Crystal clear medium straw. No head, no lace, no carb. Musty, sweaty nose. Flat, watery body. Stale corn and sweat on the mid-palate. Neutral finish. In no way exciting. Skinnyviking (3024), Copenhagen, Denmark Oct 20, 2008 Draught. High lasting white creamy head. Clear yellow body. Weak fruity aroma. Heavy carbonated sweet fruity flavor. Long sweet aftertaste. KUEric (584), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA Sep 22, 2008 Not bad. Very easily drinkable. I didn’t think anything much about it. Try it, its one of thier better regulars at Humperdinks. hopscotch (4756), Vero Beach, Florida, USA May 4, 2008 (Ram Restaurant and Brewery, Schaumburg, IL) Draft... DLD’08... Clear light yellow ale with a large wispy, white head. Excellent retention. The aroma is of warm mash and earthy hops. Light-bodied and very effervescent. Like the aroma, the grainy flavor presents notes of lightly sweet mash and gentle, spicy, earthy hop bitterness. Finishes crisp, lightly bitter, and then dry.
