The most complex of our beer line-up with a combination of five different malts and four different hop varieties. Buttface has the broadest popular appeal of our beers. It has a high malt character and lack of evident hops. This surprises people because it is easy to drink, but has a higher alcohol content than what is perceived.

On Tap at The ram / Boise Clear deep amber with a small off-white head and a few wisps of lacing. Woody malty aroma and similar flavors. Fairly sweet and slightly bitter but not from hops. More of a woody grassy note and moderate carbonation.

Amber color with a creamy head. Sweet floral aroma. First sip was blend and without much merit. Finished disappointing, but I had to try it for the name. This beer would be for those who donít "like" beer.

On Tap: at The Ram in Meridian. Clear amber color with an off-white head. This one is pretty sweet and rests firmly in the group of ambers that are like Full Sailís. I prefer a little more of a bitter aftertaste. It had wheatty aromas. The taste was like cola. Not bad, but nothing to jump around about, like you just donít care . . .

Dark amber color with no head. Aroma? Yeah, no. Flavor seems to be a little muddled grain on top of a moderate malty base. A non-offensive session beer.

Schaumburg. Clear amber-copper in color with a thin creamy white wrung for the head. Raspberry muffins in the aroma, joined by juniper berries, starch and rye bread. Honey and sweet maple in the flavor, surrounded by a subdued hop profile. It might be ill-adjusted IBU levels but my guess is a bad crop. Tingly and decent carbonation levels. Rye is all thatís left in the finish. One of the breweryís better beers.

Deep red color, quite pretty, with a small, flimsy head. One of the worst aromas, ever. Manure, diecetyl, skunk, sewage, the worst aroma you can possible imagine. Flavor is full of oxidation and diecetyl. The worst craft brew in history and itís fresh. Wish I could actually understand the brewing flaws. There are plenty.

Caramel, sweet and just slightly hoppy notes. Medium amber color with little head. Sour flavor, slides down fast with little aftertaste. Hints of coffee.

Draft: Pours a caramel orange with some white head. Aroma is mostly malt, with some citrusy hops to it. Taste was sweeter than expected, but showed tons of malt character with some yeastiness qualities to it. Nice carbonation and mouthfeel. One of the better Amberís I have had.

On tap at Humperdinkís Addison, TX. Pours honey-gold, like a nice glass of whisky. Aroma has hints of chocolate and malt. Medium-bodied mouthfeel. The flavor is more reminiscent of an IPA than an amber, but it still retains a nice toast flavor with a decent balance between the sweetness and the sourness.
