Amber with a white head. I get a lot of toffee and caramel, as well as some nutty notes. Very dry. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Not too good, but about as good as it gets at Humperdinks.

On tap at C.B. Potts Greenwood Village location. Pour is clear copper with a small white head and decent lacing. Bready, caramelly, slightly roasty aroma - lighter notes of grass, biscuit, and straw. Taste is lightly toasty, caramelly, malty, earthy, somewhat floral, grainy, and cereal with a light bitter finish. Medium body with low carbonation. This is not a bad amber at all.

Nice malt profile but lacking enough hop zing to carry ot. Pours nice light brown and sports a delectable pillowy mouthfeel. Needs some bitterness to balance.

Served on tap at Ram Brewery, downtown Indianapolis. Very dark amber. Strong caramel flavor to the point of almost being overbearing. Would be good with a hamburger or perhaps grilled chicken. Seemed mass produced. Enjoyable but I don?t think I?d order this again.
