Deep amber brown. Looks like a bock. Typical malty syrup aroma and flavor, sticky and ugly. Malty, nutty and with some vanilla. Nothing worth continuing to write about.

Draft @ Humperdinks, Dallas .. . smells like kids fruit juice .. . great head, no lacing .. . a bit to thin.. light fruit and grain .. . very little bitterness .. . The dream was over. Coming up, was the dream really over? Yes it was. Or was it?

This beer has a nice amber color and head, but dissapointed on most other points. Rather bland tasting and unexciting.

Westminster, CO location: Nutty maltiness. Just OK amount of hop aromas/flavors; very little bitterness. Thin body makes it painfully easy to quaff. A good session beer, but not a lot of personality.

Draft at Ram in Seattle. Clear amber with a diminishing white head and spare lacing. Lighty floral toffee aroma. Medium/light body that goes a bit watery. Vaguely nutty roasted malt flavor with a lightly bitter dry finish. Interesting logo and name, but the brew falls a bit short.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
This is a pretty typical American amber ale, which is the same as saying it’s sort of bland and vaguely malty. The style can be done well but this brownish amber beverage is not an example of that. It is a bit oversweet, medium bodied with mild carbonation. It is pretty much utterly forgettable.

Copper color. Aroma of litter. Malty taste. Watery palate. Refreshing body though that has some substance and bite.

Draught in a flight at the pub. Pours a clear dark amber color. The nose on this was extremely light - I had to let it warm and swirl it around to get anything off it, and even then I only got some slight caramel notes. Taste was slightly toast. Overall, this was wholly inoffensive and unremarkable.

On tap at a restaurant in Forth Worth (forgot the name). Hazy brown with thin off white head. Smell is caramel malty. Taste is caramel and slightly nutty. Sweet with low bitterness and very low carbonation.
