COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The most complex of our beer line-up with a combination of five different malts and four different hop varieties. Buttface has the broadest popular appeal of our beers. It has a high malt character and lack of evident hops. This surprises people because it is easy to drink, but has a higher alcohol content than what is perceived.

On tap at the Ram/Big Horn in Rosemont, IL. Pours a coppery red amber brew with an average off-white head that dissolves to a fine film and good lacing. Aroma of light caramel, toffee, mild malt, and a touch of citrus hops. Taste is medium body, lightly carbonated with a slight hop bite. Finish is sweet with a touch of citrus peel dryness.

On Tap: at The Ram in Meridian. Clear amber color with an off-white head. This one is pretty sweet and rests firmly in the group of ambers that are like Full Sail’s. I prefer a little more of a bitter aftertaste. It had wheatty aromas. The taste was like cola. Not bad, but nothing to jump around about, like you just don’t care . . .

Pours a cloudy murky brown color with a thin off-white head. Very malty taste, sweet, with hints of caramel and toffee. Aroma was very sweet as well, malty and rich, with a almost nutty quality. This brew was so sweet it was almost unnatural in a beer, still not bad though.

On tap @ C.B. & Potts in Greenwood Village, CO. Copper in colour, bubbly off-white head. Smell is predominately malty and nutty. Taste is confusing. Its mainly malty with tones of liqorice, chocolate cream, with a finish that is only a whisper of grassy hops. Very creamy texture. Was not expecting this lack of a hop profile in an "Amber". It’s balanced for an Oktoberfest, and it would probably make more sense under that label. But, that aside, it’s a fine malty brew.

Draft. Dark amber in the glass with a creamy off-white head that left some lacing. The aroma was of roasty malts and almonds. The flavor found chocolate, caramel, and some roastiness. Light body and a clean feel. No aftertaste.

Tap; smooth to slightly sweet finish; easy to drink but a forgettable beer. (#43)
