Pint at Fishers, IN location - Aroma is probably better, but food was all around me. What I did get was sweet Belgian yeast, candi sugar, rose petals and floral hops. Poured a hazy brown with a medium head and good lacing. Flavor is bubblegum, sweet bready yeast and floral hops. The alcohol is well hidden, but you know it’s there. The palate is smooth and creamy with no hop bitterness. This is the most unique brew I’ve had at the Ram. Bravo!
