harlequinn (2746), Tacoma, Washington, USA Jun 1, 2006 Nicely balanced, with a ton of yeastiness. Medium bodied, with some nice frozen banana flavors and a light bit of clove. Decent
BuckeyeBoy (1259), Boise, Idaho, USA Mar 7, 2008 On tap Boise Ram Pours out a hazy brown topped with a small head. Aroma of malt and spice. Tast more malt and a light spice along with some belg yeast. jake65 (1355), Meridian, Idaho, USA Apr 3, 2006 Decently balanced blend of maltiness, fruit, cloves, and yeast. Sort of a moderately weighted brew with a thin finish. Nothing really stood out in this brew and certainly nothing to write home about... IndianaRed (1471), Boise, Idaho, USA Feb 20, 2006 BOn Tap at the Boise Ram
Deep orange amber with a thin but lasting white head. Lost of thin even lacing. Typical Belgian aroms of cloves, bananas and pale malts. Flavor was similar with the yeasty flavors as well. Medium bodied with little bitterness at the end. In general mild Belgian characteristics. Drinkable oldrtybastrd (1801), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA Jan 16, 2006 On Tap @ The Ram - Pours a hazy golden orange color. Aromas of spice, fruit, and yeast. Flavor was kinda bland, a little fruit, a little yeast. Alcohol didn’t seem like 7.75%. This might have been better if I hadn’t had the Whisky River Stout right before this one. I’ll have to try it again and re-rate.
