Fresh nose with a smooth mouthfeel. Small hop aroma, medium hop flavor, and a large hop bitterness in the finish. Malts are underwhelmed and palpable, and don’t seem to complement the hops. While this beer was refreshing and enjoyable, and to be critical, I’d want to see a bigger, more complex grain bill with more hop aromas / less bitterness (i.e., less boiling hops & more finishing hops... and maybe even some dry hops). But that’s just me.

Draught. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is moderately hoppy (grapefruit, resin). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. I forgot to order the fresh malt to go with the hop.
