Draft at the Tacoma Waterfront location. Cloudy lemony yellow. Very patchy lace. No head, little carb. Cloying banana sweet nose, smells almost synthetic. Creamy flat, medium body. Banana, sharp clove, and some sour orange on the mid-palate. Neutral finish.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a nothing white head. Aroma is an extremly decent clove and bananna. Flavor is again lots of banana, clove and some creamy yeast. This is a pretty damn good hefe and i wish i had more than just one bottle.

You know for a hefewiezen which I feel like at microbreweries you can never tell on apart from another this one was actualy pretty good. Smelld, tasted, and looked normal. Just a slightly above average flavor and palate.

(Ram Restaurant and Brewery, Schaumburg, IL) Draft... <b>DLD’08</b>... Extremely murky yellow ale with a small, white, quickly dissipating head. The nose is a typical hefe unification of fruity banana, clove and Bazooka bubblegum with just a whisper of smoke. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Tangy, fruity and spicy. Fairly acidic with good bitterness. Finishes crisply.

Poured the expected hazy gold color with an average white head. Bitter, medicinal aroma cut in the way of spicy clove and some sweetness. The flavor had a weird, dry minty, medicinal flavor that reminded me of Rolaids. The mouthfeel was fine. Not good.
