COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This IPA was brewed with a touch of crystal malt and heapin' handfuls of 5 different hop varieties. The result is a smooth, yet hoppy IPA that's not overly bitter. We used Horizon hops for bittering, Amarillo and Glacier for flavor, and Palisade and Columbus for aroma. A combination of hops was used for a "Dry hop" character after primary fermentation.

This IPA has a huge, monstrous aroma, the hops are all over the place, and the flavor is quite nice, somewhat unbalanced, leaning more towards the hoppiness, but the malt character does stand on its own and does give it just enough character. Decent for a Big Horn Beer.
