Pours a mahogany with the red coming out a bit more. Small whitish head with a touch of spotty lacing. Yeah, the whiskey comes out a bit in the aroma. Some spices as well. The hops are a bit hidden but those that show through are floral in nature. Whiskey is not so prominent in the flavors but it does mute some of the other flavors. Citrus comes out with the hops, sweet malts, and a touch of caramel. The palate is alcohol laced spices, medium bodied, and a finish of citrusy alcohol.

BückDich (5468) - McCall, Idaho, USA - APR 6, 2004
UPDATED: JUN 25, 2004 Bottle from Boise The Ram/Stonehouse Location
amber, caramel, tawny color with a nice average sized head and a little lacing. The aroma is lightly hoppy with just a touch of vanilla and caramel. The flavor has a good bite of bourbon along with a touch of zesty hops. Unique blend here. The finish is mild and average. The bourbon adds a different dimension to this but doesn't really change anything as far as how good it is.
