On tap @ C.B. Potts Broomfield poured a clear gold with a small dissapating white head. Aromas of sweet malt, light fruit [apple, pear] and carmel. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of sweet malt, hint of carmel and a bit of citrus with a crisp clean finish.

Sampled on draft at the Arlington Humperdinks. Pretty much brewed to style with no negative aroma or flavor characteristics. Just too plain to be remarkable. Bold malt profile as one might expect for a maibock. I’d drink it again if I were in Arlington TX and wanting a decent beer.

Draft in Indianapolis. Deep amber color with an average frothy white head. Light balanced malty aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sweet malt flavor with a smooth average finish. Good drinkable brew.

Deep golden brass coloring, with a very clear appearance and a small white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, with a caramel malt flavor. Well balanced, but light and kind of lacking in flavor.

Tap Arlington, TX I guess this was one of the seasonal beers. This was so much better than the raspberry POS they gave me. It was a very clear beer with a lil head. I thought it was a well balanced beer. Enjoyed it...

I had much better expectations for this beer. Clear yellow color with rocky white head. Sweet aroma with a primarily malt background, little hops. It was very bitter and underhopped, very unbalanced and acidic.

On tap in Dallas. Grassy, bocky, dry and woody. Brassy beer with thin, fizzy head. Slightly smokey aroma. A decent session beer at this particular restaurant.

Kind of light for a bock, not too sweet, smooth. Some flavor, not that great though. A beer you could drink a lot of if it weren't being sold at brewpub price.
