Tap at Dallas location. Ooh...not bad. Nice sweet-spicy aroma and flavor. Ginger-cinnamonlike. Hints of tart citric elements as well - somewhere between orange, lemon, and grapefruit.

Deep amber color with a thin head. This lager went down very smooth and was full of malty flavors. There where some hints of spices and other lingering characters. This was a decent beer. Hope to drink more.

I thought this was a pretty damn tasty beer. Very surprised about the low ratings.

Pours a light copper with thin white head. Light lacing disapates quickly. Nice aroma of sweet malt. Flavor is clean and sharp. Lightly sweet finish. Decent.

This beer really exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. Strongly malty without being syrupy, with a decent hop backbone.

On tap @ C.B. Potts Broomfield poured a clear gold with a small dissapating white head. Aromas of sweet malt, light fruit [apple, pear] and carmel. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of sweet malt, hint of carmel and a bit of citrus with a crisp clean finish.

~Pours a clear gold color with creamy white head. ~Sweet fruity like scent. ~Sweet malty flavor with light hops. Enjoyable. ~Medium fizzy feel. Sweet than bitter finish. ~This is a nice light bock. I enjoy the balance.

On tap - Ram Fishers, IN - served in frozen pint filled to the brim - Aroma of toasted caramel and toffee malts. Pours transparent dirty water brown with no head or lacing. Flavor matches aroma with an overall sweetness. Palate is clean and a touch sticky. Not offensive, but boring.

Sample at the Schaumburg location. The beer is a mostly clear reddish-orange color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of bready malt, fruit and mild hops. Medium, clean body with flavors of toasted malt, caramel, and fruit. Touches of hops here too. The finish is sweet malt with a slight medicinal note. Slightly above average overall.

Nose of soft sweet brown bread, a litle caramel and fruit, lightly spicy hop presence. Pours golden orange with a thin head that does not last, moderate chill haze. Flavors of moderately sweet brown bread, a little caramel, some fruity sugar notes with a slightly spicy and peppery hop finish. Balanced, not flawed, just not super interesting.
