Not much aroma, but this has a pleasant bitterness throughout. A nice biting finish, this is certainly a drinkable session pale ale.

Compared to the other places, the brewer in Salem,Oregon seems do have done an excellent job. Appearance clear golden ale with a lovelly pure white head. Nice hoppy/malty aroma, slightly spicy. Nice hoppye North West taste in thsi one, quite refreshng and among the best PNW Pales IMO. Good palate that holds the body well. Overall a very nice pale. There seems to be quite a bit of difference in quality of Ram brewers.

Had this one at the brewpub in Schaumburg, Illinois. Clear, medium orange pour with nuanced floral hoppiness, some citrus. Not as good as the Big Red but a great session beer.
