Draught at the brewpub (Salem, OR location). Dark brown, red around the edges. Head was tan and ample, leaving plenty of lace on the glass. Nearly no aroma with the exception of minimal sprucy hops. Flavor, on the other hand, was rich and complex with the likes of milk chocolate, vanilla, molasses, and cream. Very nice.
