COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with munich, wheat, light crystal, brown, and kiln amber malts; our kitchen crew roasted 150 pounds of sugar pumpkin for a ten bbl batch. We divided this into the mash, kettle, and fermenter, and added claasic pumpkin spices throughout the brew. OG 14.5P

Elysian Great Pumpkin Beer Festival 2009 – Seattle, WA
Bee poured from a big pumpkin this was a tasty brew with great color aroma and the flavor was with great pumpkin taste. A very good beer.

Beautiful pour. Orange colored, creamy amazing head that sits atop the beer like meringue. Nose is of pumpkin pie flavors sweet light pumpkin spice and sweet malt underneath. Basic, but very well done. Like the sweet creamy take on the standard spicy pumpkin ale.

draft at gpbf. poured via nitro through a two foot wide pumpkin. looks gorgeous...dark amber with a surging and settling creamy tan nitro disc head. delectable pumpkin pie nose. creamy body, not too chalky at all. candied pie like pumpkinstravaganza mid palate. yum. and i hate nitro.
