Had this today at the Northgate location. Was listed as Winter Ale, but at 9% alcohol and with a flavor profile similar to Oakes description, I did not want to add anything if I did not have too... Lazy. Hazy amberish pour with a thin lasting head. The aroma is very doughy with some floral and citrus hops in the background. Not a lot of sweetness, but one would say it is pretty malty. Flavors of doughy malts, lots of it really. After the dough comes the floral and citrus hops. Not bitter, but a nice hoppy presence rounds it out in the finish as does a little bit of alcohol warmth. Pretty decent.

From one of the Seattle area Rams, at Hard Liver (I’ll try to find out which one). Chewy malts and bubblegum phenols on the nose. Colour is fairly light bronze...much lighter than usual for the style. Profile is kind of standard - moderate everything for the most part but with a pleasant alcoholic signature.
