COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A filtered version of the Hefeweizen. Texas Moon is a Belgian wit beer, this refreshing wheat beer is brewed with a special Belgian ale yeast and was flavored in the brew kettle with traditional ingredients of coriander and bitter orange peel. Seasonal at the Humperdink’s Arlington location.

Cloudy yellow pour, hefe wheaty aroma. Wheaty, hard aftertaste with a soft initial taste. It’s alright but it’s a filtered wheat so some of the essence was lost.
