Translucent mahogany in color with a scarlet accent and a creamy, pin pocked tan head. Jim Beam does an aromatic dance with caramel infused chocolate chip Tollhouse cookies, left sitting in the sun and simultaneously melting and spoiling. Buttery toffee brittle and Dollar Tree butterscotch comes front and center in the flavor. The Jack kicks back with caramel trickles but it hits a roadblock of butterscotch chips. Dulce de leche crème toffee nips overtake the other lack luster characteristics. Weak innuendos leave nothing but depleted sweet cream coffee cream pie standing in the unhinged flavor cacophony. Almond glazed corn flakes and oats get gently stirred into maple syrup, and are extracted straight from the northern woody source. In the end, the barrel is not a friend.

Old rating from FoBAB 2008 as Ram Doppel Jack. Medium brown pour with no head. Vanilla and whiskey aroma up front with hints of caramel and nuts. Flavor is much less on the whiskey. Caramelly with a bit of nuttiness. Kind of tastes like a plain old bock.
