draft at bigwood. pours a cloudy ruddied dark brown. loose tan head. big cherry balsamic nose. flattish medium body. toast, nuts, caramel, cherries, and balsamic on the mid palate. sweet, earthy lingering finish.

On tap at Brouwer’s for bigwood. Pours orange brown with a creamy head. Smells of woodsmoke with some brown sugar. Taste is smoke, spruce, brandy and dark fruits--unusual. Liked it more than I thought I would from the aroma.
