COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Along the lines of a traditional British Extra Special Bitter. This copper hued ale features a pleasant balance of toasty-sweet maltiness with a spicy herbal English hop flavor.

Clear mahogany, dark stained copper, plenty of carbonation & light head. Aroma is herbal with hops, light patchouli & watermelon. The flavor is nicely spicy with hops & a full-bodied malt sweetness. Tail is dry but refreshing.
